  • I measure in cups and spoons and go according to what the nutritional info on the package says. I dont have a measuring scale yet. last 2 days i ate outside but i counted what i ate and also asked the cook about protion size of the meat. ill open my diary, please go through it.
  • I started my exercise routine in january and i vary my workout. i workout with a group and we do different full body/weight training exercises every day. i have a watch that tracks my calorie burn.

  • Im 5'2 and my current calorie intake is 1260 with 1.5 lbs loss/week. i loose somewhere between 1-1.5 each week. I also do 40 min exercise 5/week.
