I do this too! 3 oz of chicken is pretty much nothing. I've never had a chicken breast that was less than 7 oz. I always know those are the ones who don't have food scales and are just estimating!!

Well my husband and his friend own a snowplowing company, with one of their closest friends working for them. So we have 3 plow trucks at our disposal... though the customers get done first of course. Then our house if they have time!! The friend just happened to be at the right place in the right time to help me out!

40 minutes?! I shoveled just the sidewalk in front of my house and the end of the driveway and that alone took me 30 minutes! I can only imagine how long I would be out there if I did the whole driveway. Thankfully, my friend came by with his plow as I was finishing the sidewalk and did the driveway for me :-)

I love T25. I'm currently doing it for the 2nd time. I completed it last year but don't remember what my stats were. I just know that I loved it and wanted to try again but eat better than last time.

Log everything. Even the bad stuff. Are you still going to eat it whether you log it or not? Probably. So might as well be truthful with yourself and log it. Maybe over time, when you see what you are eating, it will make help you to stop eating it. Prelogging a day of good food might help you to stop also. If you take…
