I started that program, got halfway through then decided to do something else. It taught me a lot about strength training and different exercises I could do. I enjoyed it. I might try it again sometime.

Way too much cardio. How on earth do you find the time to do all that? I'm lucky if I can squeeze in 30-45 minutes a day.

I am a firm believer that with any pain, you should not keep making it hurt and ignore it. Rest it for awhile, if it doesn't get better then see a doctor. Don't keep running, you could make it worse.

Like others have said, it sounds like she's just upset about the time that you're away from home, not the fact that you're at the gym. She's probably lonely, just misses you. I have the Polar FT60. I bought it because you can also buy a separate GPS sensor with it that will tell you distance, speed, etc. As of right now I haven't bought the add on yet just because of money issues. I'm on my 2nd Polar monitor. I used to have an FT4 but then I decided to upgrade to an FT60. I buy them from Bodytronics.com, it tends to be a bit cheaper than anywhere else.

When I go there and am actually paying attention to my calories, I usually go with a caesar salad. I think it's around 600-700 ish calories.

Thanks for the suggestions. This just started recently, which is why I haven't spoken to a doctor yet. If I can help it without going to see someone, I will do that.
