I have to agree with some of the comments up here - I find it actually helps to go to the gym. Plus you can be proud that you made it to the gym despite the urge to be wa lazy bum at home and blame it on your period! At least that's what I tell myself haha!

I hate calling it "fat Tuesday" - when I was little we called it "Pancake Tuesday" or "Shrove Tuesday" since we're Catholic. And my mom always made potato pancakes with our dinner. I think I will try to find a healthy recipe for potato pancakes for dinner tonight and will log it and still have a chance to celebrate :) YAY!…
