Hi Everyone! Do you mind if I join you all too? Starting up again this week. I made it through 6 weeks of this in March and then had some family issues that have put me behind, but I'M BACK and so glad. I never felt better in my life than when I did this, so I am looking forward to this. Good luck to everyone and I can't…

I have to work out at night. I have two small boys I have to get ready for school in the morning along with myself so the morning is out of the question. Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep, but I try to read and that relaxes me enough to fall asleep.

I'm a mom with a 4 yr old and 2 yr old boys. I run a company that requires me to work at minimum 40 hours a week and then I go home and make dinner, give baths, read books, all the things my kids need. I made a decision about two months ago I really need some me time...mostly as a stress reliever and I tell you my work…

It's never too late or too early to be healthy...exercise and keep a healthy weight for your height. I say, go for losing it at a pace that works for you and start a new lifestyle. This will help tremendously when you are trying to loose baby weight. Good luck!

Hey. I am not a runner, but I did have really bad periods with cramps and PMS untilllllll I got the Mirena put in. Not sure if you heard of it but it's available to women who have had children and do not want to get pregnant or have a period for 5 years. Read up on it. I have not had a period or any bloating, PMS or any…

SO glad to see this thread. I started Insanity about 2 weeks ago. I can only do it 4 days a week but I am sticking with it. I LOVE the way I feel and am thrilled I found something so challenging. As I type this I am trying to keep myself from puking...just finished plyometric cardio. This tread will keep me motivated.…

I have a 4 year old and a 20 month old. After my first I lost the weight and was at pre-pregnancy weight about 6 weeks after he was born. With my second, not quite the same result. I actually am 10 lbs heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight and I could not loose it. Now I have lost 4lbs by joining MFP and doing Insanity.…

Hi All- I started insanity two weeks ago, but I am only doing it 4 days a week rather than the 6 days. I have two very young boys at home and I work about 60 hours a week...so this is all I can do. I absolutely LOVE the way I feel after doing the workouts and other than giving birth I don't think I have ever done anything…

I am actually making Turkey Tacos today for lunch. I love homemade tacos, but wanted low fat so I substituted the beef for turkey and I use whole wheat shells, or sometimes, just pile the cooked turkey on lettuce with low fat cheese. I add some banana peppers (I like hot stuff) and some of the juice which makes it extra…

Sorry, I was wrong. It is 6 days a week. I will only be able to do it 5 days a week as per my schedule, but it is something I plan on doing long term rather than just 60 days. I like that it is interval training in that you get those small breaks during the workout. I feel like I get much more out of it than other work…

Yes, you do a different video for an hour each day 5 days a week. I just started, but I love it. Your suppose to follow the videos for 60 days.
