How do they work?

Is it liek the 30 day shred where you do a certain exercise for a certain amount of days then move onto the next workout?!?!

Who has done it?? How did you find it?

Thanks guys :)

Yes, you do a different video for an hour each day 5 days a week. I just started, but I love it. Your suppose to follow the videos for 60 days.

Beachbody.com sells it. It's a 60 day program. You rotate discs based on a laid out plan. Lots of cardio and jumping. Work out 6 days off rest 1 day. Great for getting in a good burn.

I'm only on week 1 but LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

You do a set of 4 workouts 6 days a week for a month that last about 45min, once you've finished that you then move onto harder videos for another month that last about 60min.

Im on week 2 of it. It does a warm up 3x's each time going faster, then a streatch, then a hight impact caridio work out following the same 3x's rule with each time getting faster. I just do what I can do and kind of jog around or rest for what I cant. He does tell you to rest when you need to. I cant say I've seen big results but it has only been 2 weeks. I know Im sore when I get done. Good luck!

The workouts are 6 days a week. For the first month they are around 40 minutes long. The second month they bump up to 60 minutes. They are intense. Search Insanity on the topic boards...there are several current with people giving updates on how they are doing etc. I've completed month one and really enjoyed it...they are challenging. I've noticed an improvement in my running and overall fitness. Training for a half marathon and a non-stop sickness (ugh...winter) in our house has derailed my Insanity for the time being I am using it for crosstraining and will do it straight through after my half and can't wait.

Sorry, I was wrong. It is 6 days a week. I will only be able to do it 5 days a week as per my schedule, but it is something I plan on doing long term rather than just 60 days. I like that it is interval training in that you get those small breaks during the workout. I feel like I get much more out of it than other work outs I have done!

You get a calendar it tells you what workout to do. There's 10workouts 5 for each month basically. I'm on day 3 and wow it's hard but I can just tell I'm going to get good shape if I stick to it.

Insanity is a great cardio workout. It's 60 days of cardio and using your body weight. You also follow a diet to help you complete the 60 days. It's gaurenteed to change you or your money back!
