Air Climber? You can create your own exercises if you know the calories you burned. I use a HRM so I created a Zumba workout and just enter the calories burned from my HRM. I did the same thing for some of the work out dvds I have.

Use Dance/Aerobic and make a note that it was Zumba.

July 2: 636 calories burned = 12.72 miles! I'm off to a bbq and then to Penns Landing for fireworks, depending how far we have to walk I may add to my calories burned later :laugh:

I am very uncoordinated, but love Zumba. I go with friends and we just laugh and have fun. I'm going to wrong way at times and miss steps. However, the instructor makes a HUGE difference. My regular class has a great instruction who is a lot of fun. I took a different class recently and did not like the instructor's style…

Thanks, it was really important for me to get off of the medication. I did it a few years ago but let my weight slip back up to where I needed 2 medications! I came off the first one a few months ago and now the last one! I have a pretty big family history of heart disease and high blood pressure, so I need to be on top.…

I have gained this week, which I expected with changing my medication.... (no more blood pressure meds!). I am not recording it as a gain since I think it is just water weight. Hopefully I'll be loosing again by the end of the month. Great job not gaining! You have had a busy few weeks and that's tough to balance out with…

I've lost 30 pounds since October (16 since I started on MFP) and want to loose 30 pounds by Septemeber when my brother gets married. I'll send you a friend request and we can help motivate each other! Rebecca

I wasn't happy with my progress this week either. This morning I was even thinking about raiding the kitchen! Then I had to remind myself it wasn't a gain. You are doing great without being able to workout. Keep up the good eating and you'll be loosing gain in no time :smile:

I only wash every 2-3 days. My stylist has told me FOREVER that all I need is water and friction. I agrued about it for a long time.... I have 2 strategies for the party situation. 1. I eat a lot of healthy food before I go so I am really full and don't snack AS much. 2. I do not sit or stand near the food, I tend to pick at it if it is in front of me, lol Good luck

He is sooooo wrong. I am finishing up my last week of P90X Lean Program and plan on doing another round in the fall, probably the classic program next time. I lost 20 pounds and went from a tight size 14 to a size 8. I wasn't able to do a lot of push ups in the beginning and modified a lot. But now I can do them just fine…

No, I actually really like it. The app for my phone makes it super easy to check stuff and log my food when I am out. Both Comcast and Verizon have TONS of free workouts available OnDemand. There is everything from yoga, to high intensity cardio and kick boxing.

Check out OnDemand from your cable company. I know that both Comcast and Verizon have a great selection of workouts for free.

I agree completely. The zumba class I go to is a much better workout (and the music is better). Just Dance 2 on the wii is a great workout and I never get bored.

Well I lost the weight that I gained and then some.... 4.4 pounds this week. Makes me nervous since I had a gain after my last big loss. This week will be important to stay on track with my eating since I don't think I can work out anymore than I already do, lol. Wish me luck!

When you read food labels and actually understand what they mean.... I was always looking at labels but really had no idea how good or bad the food actually was.

I take a pilates class for 60 minutes and then a 60 minutes zumba class once a week....I don't think I would have the energy to hold some of the positions in pilates after zumba :smile: Good Luck
