  • I've been going since January 3. I'm trying to think of it as a new way of life and not a diet too. It seems to be working for me so far. I'm always looking for supportive buddies. Feel free to add me.
  • I prefer evenings. I don't look at it as exercise, I look at it as 'me' time. It's a nice way for me to close the day.
  • The FiberOne chocolate brownies are pretty god and they're only 90 calories. I also crave something sweet after lunch. I don't crave it after dinner for some reason, but the lunch is always rough for me. I try to keep a little something in my desk at work, like the FiberOne bars.
