Wow and what a great start it is!! Well done! I'm not due to do this until Friday/The weekend. Tonight I'm off swimming, tomorrow I've got my gym induction so I might do it on Friday. :) The dreaded legs day lol.

So have some, just make sure it's in moderation and it fits your macros. Perhaps instead of having a massive sandwich with normal bread, you could have some luxury flavoured bread and have less of it. :) that's what I've been doing with my fave foods, quality over quantity.
