When I was in my twenties there were books high intensity and super high intensity written by Ellington carder I think. They worked on a full body work out , 3 times/week One set per exercise......so its a yes. Try things that work for you and your lifestyle .

Walking is definitely there with a number of options.....just search on "walk". From an earlier response yes you should include walking if it gets your heart rate going. The rule of thumb I use is any activity consistent for 20 mins where you could JUST ABOUT hold a conversation.

Hi I have just joined mfp and from the UK, I do have a son every third weekend as he's 17 with other interests, I'm single and in the past been very fit....rugby, the odd triathlon, swimming , cycling, squash and badminton. Hi Liz.....my suggestion would be stick to the basics - healthy eating using MFP diary and a regular consultant exercise schedule mixing version and weights. I'm at the start of my journey so cutting out takeaways, chocolate, crisps and alcohol will make a difference . Get in to these habits then track your progress. Good…

It might be not eating enough or drinking enough fluids during the day or you have got in to the habit so try breaking the habit by occupying your mind and body. Some exercise, after dinner wall....plan something else. It takes 21 days to form a habit :-) Good luck :-)
