I try to add in a 20 min walk during my lunch break and the 30 day shred. On day 5 L 1 and LOVE IT!!!!

Inches is what really matters. Muscle weighs more than fat so as your body burns the fat and builds the muscle there will not be a dramatic weight loss. Measure yourself to see how much inches you've lost. But definitely don't give up!!!

I bought it and am on day 2 of the 30 day shred. I love it! I'm still sore. Its great for beginners on the Level 1. I would definitely recommend getting the video!
