I love my Polar FT7!!!! Does everything I want it to and at first I didn't want a chest strap but the Polar comes with one. After using it I'm so happy to have you.

I realized how many calories I was eating on the weekends and my treats to myself for no reason. For me the click was when I turned 27 and realized I wasn't far from 30. I want to be healthy before I reach 30 and I now it isn't gonna happen over a few months so I figured I start now so when I hit 30 I'll have all the right habits. You can do it!!! Good luck and we're all here for you.

I had that same problem yesterday. Got home from work and just did not feel like working out. After a few hours and started feeling horrible about myself and pushed to work out. I felt so great after I was finished :) Its worth it when you discipline yourself! Congrats on not giving into temptation!!!!! Great job :)

I'll be doing day 5 after I get home from work. I finally do not feel sore and feel great about myself. Its an awesome workout!!! Good luck!!!!!!
