I'm going to try this diet, with more leniency on the meat, eggs, soy, and nuts. Also, I like sweets and alcohol, so I'll have some from time to time as well. And cheese. Yes, I'll have some of that on occasion. But other than that yeah, let's start this diet!

I've lost 108lbs without surgery. I've had several bad slip-ups but it's actually getting a lot easier. I seem to be losing weight on autopilot now. The heaviest I weighed myself at is 315lb (although I was dieting for a month before that). I currently weigh 207lbs.
