I LOVE the pre portioning idea. So simple!

LOL, thanks for the clarification! ;)

So helpful (most) of you! I think keeping it out with a notepad will be the best way to start. I've at least already created half the process habit now it's just finishing the job. Thanks!

That sounds helpful. I was also thinking of zero-ing out my scale with my lunch tupperware on it, then magic markering the added weights for each thing that goes into it? (ie - broccoli, chicken, rice) Another note, I have read that it's best to weigh your meat raw. How do you manage to do this if you're bulk meal…

:o Well done!

One of the best success story updates I've read. Congrats and thank you!

Love love love it. It's a great alternative to a ranch dip for my carrots. I made my own before but the effort did not reap a great reward. Favourite one is roasted garlic. Occasionally, I'll spoil myself by adding a bit of balsamic vinegar. NOM.

huffingtonpost.com/entry/kale-health-benefits_us_56b0b259e4b0fbfdd6152a16 I think there is some duped info that's already been posted here. I had a wicked Kale caesar salad once. I'll eat it if it's there but I also lean to the spinach side over kale.

Lots of respectable honesty here, props to all of you for seeing and wanting (and some accomplishing) these changes. I have a tendency to drink too much too but with an autoimmune disorder that flares with alcohol use, it has started to set me straight. Pretty, smooth, healthy skin > tasty wine. Sometimes, I find it's the…

? Isn't the credit the negative calories or am I confused?

Thanks for all the help so far folks. As far as I know there's not "regular" psoriasis, just different strains. Like plaque, guttate, and a couple others. Guttate tends to come after strep throat from what I've read...

<3 THANK YOU!

If you can live off of boiled eggs, apples, green tea and oats for the rest of ever (aka, is it sustainable). yes. My guess is no though.

Love the overnight oats trick. I'll rinse at work but that's it. As for protein shakes, the one thing I like for it over food (gimme food any day.) is that I can drink it more slowly so I get the 'full' or 'I'm eating' mindset a little longer than mowing down on my cheese and salami and being hungry still. (until it…

Tattoos are a personal choice. I think if you have something you want, giver. Know it's a lifetime decision and do as you please. Some people like their tattoos to be meaningful, some want it to be 'just' art, some find a way to incorporate both. Granted, they're much more common nowadays than say - 30 years ago. But I…

Gracias. I did a quick skim, definitely not far enough.

Nice sweater, man.

That's only two.

^^ I love having a protein shake ready to go. It tides me over till dinner usually.

So I tried it in my smoothie this morning, super smooth and minimal taste over load. I tried wrapping it too so we will see tomorrow AM how it held up. Y'all are so creative!! @BrownsFan19 Veggie sticks & rice crackers are my top 'healthy' items. Though nothing beats a good old tortilla chip! <3

I'm in Canada too, eh! Thanks for so much information. I feel like I'll need to spend an extra dollar or two and go for the goat's option. But I admittedly haven't looked (too hard) for the other lactose free things. Awesome insight folks. Thank you!
