Awesome mate, Thats the right way, the only way I look at it is hitting macros and staying within the calorie perimeter... Vy

Amazing determination, Keep it up....you look wonderful Vy

I drink once a week, 8 shots of whiskey and weight and cardio train rest of the week. My trick is I drink on a Thursday, burn out 550 cal on cardio the next day to balance. Also I try not to overshoot calories grossly and stick to scotch or vodka with no cal chasers. Dry wine is fine too. Vy

I does not matter Sarah Avoid the sugary mixers with liqours stick to dry wines and make sure it fits into your broad macros. Beer would be a bad idea I guess. Vy

To avoid confusion mate, It depends on us structure. You wanna bulk ON rocks, you wanna cut isopure no carbs. Vy

Completely agree, nothing like a good run for cutting it lean. There was a time I used to start the day with a 5k run before my practice and conditioning (used to be a amateur boxer) Now pushing 5k again 2 times a week after 17 years of break and 20 odd kgs of additional fat and a beer belly :noway: Vy

Hi, I completely agree with you that we need to gain a balance. I am an investment banker and there are only day starts, mettings, wining, dining clients, work load etc... I managed to find a gym that opens at 5 am and closes 12 am, not a very swanky one but solves my purpose to pop in at wee hours... Vy:wink:

Amazing feat, inspired....congrats:smile:

Alcohol, sugars and hidden sugars, happens to all of us. Just hang in and burn off...
