On lifting days, I get some oats in me about 15 - 30 minutes before I start getting under the racks. On cardio days, if I'm cycling it doesn't matter. I'll use it until the servers shut down and the site becomes unpopular. There are others like it though, so there will always be a way to keep track of everything. I generally delete after 3 days of unannounced inactivity, but now that you mention it, 2 weeks seems to be far more reasonable.

I do it all of the time in 5ks. I don't finish last, but I just run comfortably. It's for a good cause and I like enjoying exploring new areas of my city and state. I have never really cared about how fast I finished the race, as long as I finished it. I'm just too busy enjoying the journey, lol!
