Around 50% of it is water weight, It usually slows down after the first month. After the first month you usually plateu for a while, the body needs adjusting to the use of ketones. I'm constantly monitoring my heartrate and looking for any signs of trouble, I'm putting my health first! :)

Haha, thanks! too bad it's high in carbs! I'm doing it for a year, when I reach my goal weight I'm upping my calories for maintenence.

When I used to work out seriosly I took a cheat day, it's easier than restricting it to a single meal. After that day I could keep a strict diet without feeling the usual cravings. It might not be every week, but it's good to have one every once in a while.
