If you are trying to gain weight....milkshakes are the way to go. You'll get a lot of calcium and plus they taste great! Hope all goes well back home!

I've been eating less than my 1200 a day and at night I feel hungry. I don't see the problem in coming a little lower than what is suggested. Congrats on your weight lost thus far!
