  • PCOS doesn't just stop and restart again with weight gain or loss, but weight loss significantly helps manage symptoms. While getting a diagnosis of PCOS isn't necessary in my opinion, it is important to have your period at least 4 times a year to prevent getting osteoporosis at a very young age.
