any flavored vodka with club soda is delicious and low calorie

I cut it into cubes and steam it in a steaming basket for about 5 minutes to soften, then add to any stir-fry with garlic and soy sauce.

jillian michaels yoga meltdown is a good one and only 35 minutes

how about crumbled over plain yogurt with diced fruit and/or honey? that would make a pretty healthy breakfast.

agreed, jillian michael's DVDs are the best! i use 30 Day Shred, 6 week 6 pack and Yoga Meltdown. all three are 35 min or less for warm-up, work-out and cool down.

i buy all of mine from target, marshalls or t.j.maxx - definitely can find things on clearance but the regular sales prices are pretty cheap
