Tempeh. .. .. What is your favorite way to cook it?

Okay. . . So I got some tempeh. . . but I am not really too familiar in how to cook it. . .So any advice or recipes would be so greatly appreciated. . .

I cut it into cubes and steam it in a steaming basket for about 5 minutes to soften, then add to any stir-fry with garlic and soy sauce.

I made them a few days ago and am making them tonight again. OMG delish!

I use a regular tortilla too and mix up the veggies sometimes. Either way...love!

marinated in soy sauce and a little liquid smoke and some oil with some garlic and pepper, then sliced and roasted in the oven until crispy (or cooked on the george foreman grill)
