I'm 20 and this is like exactly my story. I don't know if it is good, or bad, or whatever... But it is working for me so far. I eat the occasional healthy meal when someone else makes it... I'm a rubbish cook. Lol. Good luck to you :)

I have been since Dec 27. I've lost 12 pounds. Which I'm happy with! I just don't want it to turn and go the other way now :( I would get a food scale if I actually cooked ever. Almost everything I eat is packaged (which I'm working on) or I measure it in a cup.

I'm inspired by how comfortable you are with this! I really want to know what my frame size is. My wrist and elbow say "medium"... But what does that really mean? Can I ever be a size 2? Size 4? It's so confusing. I'm sorry I'm ranting.. I've just been thinking about it a lot. :/

I also take Zoloft and have gained weight. I recently stopped taking it because it was making me very Ill in the middle of the night. I find that replacing it with exercise has helped slightly with the withdrawal.

Thank you, all. I'm trying to lose, so I eat at a deficit. I just asked about gain bc someone I know said he's trying to gain so he's adding chia seeds. Just wanted to make sure! Wow! These things are power packed with nutrients apparently! I just ate them in Greek yogurt and they don't taste like anything!! :)

Let me add 2 things: They are suuuuper expensive. So keep that in mind. Also, I don't take capsules, I take the chewables. I love them even more, bc now that I'm dieting, they taste like sweet fruit snacks. A little treat!

As a college student, my sleep schedule, along with my work and class schedule, stays pretty consistent on week nights, 6-7 hours every night. On the weekends, well... I usually get more sleep, 9-11 hours, but lots of times I stay out and party until 5 am, with light beer and fruit if course... and sleep til like 2 or 3…
