Element Bars, tried 'em?
Has anyone tried Element bars? Customized protein/energy bars? It's pretty cool, you get to pick your texture, and ingredients (and name and label:). But, it's super expensive... Like $40 for 12 bars after shipping... But it sounds so awesome! I was just curious if anyone tried them and if it's worth it! ❤️

Can't get carbs under control!

Polar HRM Ft 7
So I've been looking into getting a heart rate monitor. The polar ft7 I've heard was the best, but I wanted MFP input. Does anyone have this? Do heart rate monitors show how many cals you've burned? Is it important to strength train WHILE trying to lose weight? Or do I do cardio until I burn off the fat, and THEN do strength to tone up?
