Does anyone else

Feel guilty? Like, they ate a TON when they are still under their calorie goal? Yes I weigh/measure, and honestly most of my food is packaged so it's easy to calorie count.. So I know I'm logging correctly.. But I feel like I just ate a bus.

Please don't hate on my processed foods.. I'm working on it. It's a process.

Also, any one feel free to add me on MFP. :)

  • When I check out at target, my cart is full of 100 calorie pre packed snacks, some grapes and fruit, sugar free Jello and 5 calorie whip topping, sugar free pudding... I'm a big snacker and I feel kind of weird at check out with my stack of goodies, but when I get it home, its mine and if I'm under calorie I will eat and eat and eat!
