Thanks for all the replies everyone! I can't wait to try a lot of these ☺️

Thanks for all the advice so far!! I can't wait to hunt around and pick some of these up. Yeah it may be bro science about the sugars. My bad!
-
Nothing's wrong with sugar! Just everytime I ask guys in the gym they tell me the only way it will taste good is if it has sugar, and they make it sound like a bad thing :(

^^ Great advice! I actually think I do better at school than at home. Too many summer barbecues and beers at the lake and so many freaking temptations... Although, pulling all nighters at the library with the vending machines has proven so difficult. I make a freaking ton of chicken at school. Like, almost every night...…

Hmm I played almost every sport in high school. I joined intramural volleyball and soccer when I got to college to try to keep up my HS body, but it just wasn't as intense and didn't quite cut it. Plus with alcohol everywhere and the dining hall food and snacking... That's where I gained. I'm doing much better going into…

I consider a good workout for me to be at least 600 calories. I typically burn 600-800 calories staying at the gym for 75-90 min/ day with most of that being cardio (running/biking/elliptical). I work out 7 days a week. I am also not on a super time crunch (I work full time but I'm on summer vaca from university)... when I…

Thats awesome! Thank you so much!! :)

I know, so high! But maybe for a one time splurge? :)
-
Uh... It depends! I'll message you some info :)

Hahaha thank you sweetie! I'd like to think a lot of it is muscle but I'm prob totally wrong.
-
You're saying even though I have 25 pounds left to lose I should set goal to .5-1 lbs/week? 800 days are good days for me :/
-
Thank you so much. You are too sweet.
-
Thank you. I do look okay but I actually weigh around 160. So for 5'3" that's kind of a lot :/
-
Thank you, I will check it out! Unfortunately you don't get into too much of the nutrition stuff until graduate courses. For now I'm taking a toonnnnn of upper level anatomy, biology, and chemistry classes.

Another great idea! I'm making a grocery list. As I don't drink caffeine, and my parents never allowed juice in the house, our only option was milk or water. I never even thought if that. Thank you and congratulations on your recovery. You're an inspiration.
-
@ skruttan44 - Thank you :) I am actually about 10 pounds heavier in my current photo than I am now. But I do unfortunately have 20-30 pounds to lose :/ And @ s_pekz, I am trying that. You'll see the peanut butter I eat every morning. My parents didn't allow any sugary/processed foods in the house growing up, but they have…

Only 3 days so I'm not worried about it. I was just wondering IF the stall persists, could eating too little be the reason. But I lost 3.4 pounds last week and as I'm shooting for 2/week since I have about 20-30 pounds to lose, maybe my body is just balancing things out. Idk.
-
No :( I want to! I rarely eat much at all. My diary is open so feel free to look at it.
-
I use a heart rate monitor and log 10% less than it says to be sure. My burns should be fairly accurate. I spend about 2-3 hours working out per day. And I am hungry most of the time. Haha. I want to be an ED counselor bc I had recovered for so long. And I have an unbelievable amount of friends who suffer from ED/body…
-
Also - If you look at my diary, I assure you I'm trying to eat more, even staying with my parents awhile to try to get better.
-
I stay full on small amounts bc I have lived that way forever. When I went to college and started to gain and eat/drink a lot, it would hurt my stomach and when I tried to go back down to small calories I was hungry all the time. Now I'm pretty used to it again (I kinda like being hungry). I really think it depends on each…
-
Oh yeah! What Midas said is true. I'm studying to be a trainer, mostly to pad my credentials for being an ED counselor, but also bc I love working out and helping others. Plus it's good side money for school :) maybe you can try that?
-
This sounds exactly like me. I used to suffer from anorexia and have now transferred to exercise bulimia though I barely eat. Ironically I am studying to be an ED counselor, because I was better for so long and wanted to share my experience. All I can tell you is, I'm here for you if you need to talk. Take it slow. Make…

Maybe make out? Can't see you. Lol

Hot :) I've seen a lot of hotties on here!
