Around here where I live (Vancouver BC) I don't shop at Walmart, there are tons of small local shops that make things without chemicals for cheaper prices. Try finding those little bodegas around your city.. try switching to authentic Syrian (Pita) bread it has a ton of uses and is lower calorie with no chemicals

Instant Oatmeal is a great choice. I eat this all the time. Use one pack of the regular sugar free and one pack of the reduced sugar apple cinn and you are good to go.. keeps me full for a long while..

When I went to school not long ago I stayed in the most expensive brand new dorms.. biggest regret is not staying in the grimy dorms, those are where the best people stay and where the most fun parties happen... everyone in my dorm was a loser and just cared about getting good grades.

This is really really good advice, Thank you. I am seriously dreading parting with like 10K of clothes, like $500 of jeans I just bought in November some never worn... I wonder if the SPCA takes clothing donations because I would rather help the animals instead of the people.

If you need that extra push without steroids or anything try an ECA stack. It worked really well for me, but be careful I stopped doing it after a while because I got insane anxiety from it and it caused my heart to beat oddly. lol drugs

A number of buddies followed me and starting using MFP too, but I am the only one who is sticking with it really.. I find it so easy to use and follow, it is because I have a brain for making money and MFP acts like a calorie bank to me so it really works well for my mindset. First time I actually enjoy a diet program.

Just keep on pushing and remember the key to weight loss is to not eat so much but not starve. Just check yourself before you do a fat thing, if you know its fat than don't do it, if you have to ask if what you are doing is a fat person thing than it probably is. Sounds like you have a very traditional asian family, don't listen to them about Ideal weight. Just find what makes you confidant. Most men in North America prefer a women with some meat on her bones for sure I can promise you this.

I weight myself every day, it helps keep me focused on the goal.. seriously get a scale that goes to the fraction of a pound it motivates me for whatever reason. Weight yourself at the same time each morning. I have yet to wake up heavier than the day prior, keep your eyes on the prize

Oatmeal will become your best friend, add a cup of frozen berries it is super filling Mix it up and have a half a can of beans and 2-3 eggs add a little Valentinas Hot Sauce to the eggs for fun also super filling and it will shut your hunger the f up.
