Great inspiration ! I am going to be 60 this year . I'm taking a day at a time and logging in.It seems good if you do want to splurge you can. The key is to tracking is what go's in our mouths. Keep up the good work!

I eat a lot of chicken sausage . We have a butchers market here that grounds chicken breast. You can buy it in sausage or just ground chicken, I love that sausage you talking about. They have so many different flavors out now. You can do stir fry's or use pasta and make up your on cheap and delicious recipes.

I agree . I went to a Mexican restaurant with my daughter a few weeks back. I may have stayed the same for a couple of weeks. No gain and it felt good to eat out and still enjoy the foods I love. This is why we keep a journal. Don't feel bad. I had some Pie today. I ask husband to pick me up some weight watchers pie and he picked up the Edwards pie slices which are 300 + calories. I would take them off of looking at my diary. People are on different programs. I for one is counting calories and if I want something bad,it is me. I am the one to have to deal with it. They say eat something if you crave it. :smile:

Oh yes. I started this today.Maybe my son has helped me this time , He says keep up with calories. This Hcg,fat burners,etc don't work . Don't deprive yourself of food, count calories. So here is a new beginning.
