I logged in one morning and it has messed my total of days up. What do I do?
Why would today show 5 days logged in when I have done every day since Dec28? There was one day I was sick but I entered that day early that next morning plus did that days logging. Can I change this in any way?
Today I went over 6 fat grams and some protein. I am usually under on the rest.
Does anyone else at times go over your fat and sodium intake? As long as it is not a lot, I try to over look.I have realized rechecking some items that MFP has calculated are a little more than what is on the package.
