I am in. I did 100 mile challenge in January.From mid Feb I couldn't do regular walk due to family emergency.Now I am back and would like to get back on track.Happy to be part of this new group.Good luck to all

When I started 4 weeks back, my net was way too low .I am slowly making it go up and currently it is close to 1000.I am planning to keep it above 1000.As long as I am eating home cooked meals, I have to eat a lot later at night to make my net calorie go up.I should probably add more to my Breakfast and Lunch to keep it…

I did 5 miles today.It was walking 2.5+gazelle edge 2.5miles(45 minute) as I didn't feel like walking too much with a cold.Total 94.5 miles. 5.5miles to go

I am doing c25k for the first time.Today was W2Day1. Since I am completely new to running, I don't even bother about speed at this point.Just want to increase my endurance to run up to 5miles.

you have made a tremendous progress. Keep it up girl.In my home country there is a saying. You shouldn't bother about all dogs barking at you. Just focus on your goal and continue to work for it.You should show everyone what you can achieve .

I started it recently and did 5 days.I took a rest day in between. I find most of the steps easy , but pushup is my weak area.:sad:

I started c25k last week and had to stop it because of lower leg pain.I got a fitted shoe and restarted with a slower pace.It was much better and didn't feel any pain

Fruits, fruits fruits.Most of the days I cross my daily sugar limit due to fruits.My fasting blood sugar level is always close to border ,so I want to reduce my fruit addiction

Thanks for all the tips.I went to a local running shoe shop and got a shoe after analysis. I restarted c25k without major pains. I ran slower , reduced the hard feet strike and finally running part became more enjoyable than my previous attempts.
