Inner elbow pain after dumbbell curl
I was using 1 lb weights for 30 day shred level1.Two days back I got 5lb dumbbells and after using it for 2 days ,my inner elbow is having a pain.It doesn't hurt till I try to stretch my hand.I am putting ice pack and switched to 1lb for dumbbell curl.Do I need to take break? Pain below knee after running
I joined MFP 3 weeks back and I am really motivated to try new exercises. I downloaded c25k and did it for 2 days with a break day in between. I was always terrible in running and now to make it worse my bone below knee is hurting towards the end. Does anyone has any tips or ideas what can be done to avoid this?
