  • Pulled out all my SBD cookbooks and I’m making my menu plans. I hope to try new recipes (for the whole family) every Sunday. Has anyone found a good source/website for SBD type recipes. Pinterest has a bunch but a good portion of the links were invalid. Wishing you all success in 2018!
  • Yikes, wrong button - please disregard the post above. amg10 we are very similar I'm at 223.5 and my goal is 140. I'm returning to the South Beach Diet since this has helped me in the past and everyone in the family can eat the same meals :smile: I plan to lose one pound a week with diet and exercise.   • I moved from the One to the Charge HR. I love it. I used to walk at a gentle pace, now know when I need to move faster to get the Cardio Burn.
