hey dont put yourself down that is ace! if like me you are impatient I can see why it would make you feel irritated but dont be dissheartened. even if you only lost 2lb a week for the next year its still over 100lb which is flaming amazing!!!!

I wish i could swim but cant get out of the house as I have childcare problems in the evening. The walking alone is painful but has to be done. I guess I will just have to be careful and only do what is neccesary ie the school work run and wait. I am sooo impatient

If it helps any I put on weight when I started walking after the first week, I have however measure and have lost an inch of each thigh. Dont get too down about weight.
