Go buy supreme 90 day fitness. It is 20.00 at bed bath and beyond. Workout 6 days a week and it will get you strong. It has a calender of workouts to do each day and they aren't too long. About 30 - 50 minutes. Most in the 30ish minute range. I am on day 32 and liking it.... :)

Change your routine up and throw in something different.

try to eat minimum of 1200 calories. You are going to burn some just by being alive. Drink a lot of water to keep off water weight and to flush. Stay to foods that are the healthiest...lots of veggies. Sorry to hear about your back. I sure hope it gets better soon.

okay well ... 1.08 ounces is a whopping 150 calories...not that bad even if you ate the whole thing. I don't think I wouldn't even count the little M&M. If I want a small piece of chocolate, I am having one. I just don't believe in those restrictive diets. This has to be a life change and to cut out everything is not going…

You are doing soooo good!!! I cut out sugar too except with my coffee. But no sodas, cookies, candy and such. No white refined flour. I am impressed at the fact that you were close to obese and then within healthy weight range 3 months in. That is dedication...WTG!!!!

take a B complex vitamin.

I'm with Robin on this. You need core work to start firming muscles in the mid section.

Try eating something every 3 hours. I found if I eat things with lower calories, I can barely eat enough to make my calories. 5 to 6 mini meals a day.

I have read articles that say 2 15 minute cardio sessions burn more than 1 30 minute minute cardio session. shoot for one early and one in the late afternoon or evening.

yes...definitely nuts. Full of calories but great source :)

wow! That's what I'm talking about!!! So, did you do any special program as far as diet or exercise ? I could use all the help I can get.

I am sure they mean well but you will just have to tell them it is your journey and they aren't invited. Dieting is bad. Just set your calorie goals and stay under them. I don't deprive myself of anything I want to eat. Sure some things aren't as good for us but if you are using more calories than you take in, you lose…

a pound of muscle may weigh the same as a pound of fat but a pound of muscle uses significantly less space than fat.

6 pounds is weight lost all over the body. I have lost 10 pounds and I can notice my very tight pants aren't quite as tight but I haven't dropped any sizes yet. Be patient, it will come. I have several pairs of pants in various sizes...those are my goals. 6 pounds is great...just keep it up and in no time you will be in…

awesome...can't wait for that to happen :)

I kind of save mine for snacks LOL If I am full and my net calories are only 900 then I don't eat them but if I want just a little something, I know I can :)

I ate my hard boiled eggs so I can work out.... I eat 2 to 4 every morning for the circuit training program I am doing. Getting hard to eat all those eggs LOL

you can add a photo to your ticker. Just click on ticker and it should say use pre-designed one or make your own.

I hate water but I am going to try to just drink 1 cup an hour. It might help breaking it down like that.

A lot of people set mini goals. I didn't. I have about 70 pounds to lose and thats the goal. I am happy evertime I lose a pound though. Mini goals seem to help people stay on track more though because it takes a while to reach the ultimate goal.
