Hi there! I just completed W1D3 today and then did 45 minutes of Zumba afterwards. I have to say, I was shocked when my calves felt better when I was running instead of walking! I walked at 3.8 and ran at 5.2...I just walked a 5K this past Saturday and tried to jog on Sunday outside. My calves were ON FIRE! I guess there…

I love this! I am currently doing the C25K and during my running intervals I say over and over in my head, "whittle, whittle, whittle!" It really helps to picture myself with that flat stomach once again! Loving all the tips! Keep them coming!

Great job! I have Jillian's 30 day shred as well. My problem is that I will do it consistently for a week and then I slack off. I am not good with home workouts. Between my two kids, husband, dog, school at night and working full time, I lose motivation quickly. Any tips?

I would like to join in as well! I take Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I have class tonight, so I will have to start on Wednesday. :)
