I like the Ziti and the new flavors in the bars, oh and the breakfast cereal. At the center I go to they don't have the diabetic shakes anymore nor the shake for men (higher protein) which bums me out. But the new foods are worth a try. The Mac n Cheese gotsta go tho! ;)

Yes you can. The first time around I lost 40 lbs or so and then life got the best of me and I'm back on the program since late December. This time around so far I'm down 14 lbs in 4 weeks. You can do it too! Actually, I feel like I'm doing better this time around (less cheating) than the first time around. Good luck.
