I generally plan and log my entire day in advance... that way I'm not stuck at the end with no calories for dinner.. sometimes I even plan for several days in advance... helps with my grocery list and it's economical because you're not wasting food, good luck!

Quinoa cooked per directions on package but substitute vegetable or chicken stock for the water. Sautee some red bell peppers, red onion, garlic cloves and zucchini with cooking spray. You can change your setting in the food diary to times instead of meals.. for instance the default is breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack.... you can change yours to 6a-9a 10a-2p 3p-9p 10p-1a 2a-6a ... etc..etc..

WOW, congrats on losing 45lbs!!! I think whatever it is you're doing, it's working out pretty well!! :) I'm pretty sure it's better to be UNDER on fat and carbs... if you want to boost your protein I would suggest possibly looking into a protein shake or powder you can add to one. ..
