I don't do low carb on days I workout only on days I don't but I definitely have a hard time keeping it low carb on those days and definitely would appreciate some recipes for my low carb days!

It's craving day for me *sigh* I want it all doesn't matter what it is! bad thing too is that I feel pretty drained and my head hurts more than usual which hurts my workouts :(

I really benefit from a cheat day! I eat so much I end up sick at the end of the day and dont want to eat that way again for a while, I try and have a cheat day every 3 weeks
