After 65lbs lost, I too hit a wall. I was not eating back exercise calories, so I tried that, worked for a bit. Now I lowered my calorie intake to 100 cals less and it seems to be going down again. I will try szig zagging as well, probably next week, hope it all works and good luck to you :D

I'm addicted to food period! lol I can do without fast food though, I do go back on cheat days and have a meal but can't say I enjoy it as much as I used to. Must be the salt in the food, I am so thirsty after I eat and I usually dont even get soda with the meal just burger and fries!

I was very scared of this as well when I first started to run. My pain did go away once I got used to the running though, hope you feel better

I have seen stevia in liquid form and in packets, which is better? or which do you prefer?

I used to have it with crackers but am now having it with celery. I would thing its good with any raw veggie :D

I'm trying to keep a close look at the sodium I take in now, I know we need it but not too much of it! I bought a low sodium veg juice the other daya nd compared to another regular veg juice I had and the difference was shocking! 85mg of sodium vs 880mg *EEK*

you can have a gram of carbs for evey pound of lean body weight, I am at 128g for the day, with that said, I rarely eat any fruit, I would rather eat other food with less carbs to get more food in. I only eat prunes because the doc suggested them to go to the bathroom more frequently!

I would use this instead of any artificial sweetner, unfortunately it is way high in calories for the serving size!

I changed my setting to balance all my food out for the day, mine reads this way , 35% Protein, 35% CArbs and 30% fats. You can have a gram of protein for every pound of lean body weight. I think I would feel deprieved if I stuck with the percentage MFP gave on protein.

Ate there on my last cheat day, those potato wedges are to die for! but I wont eat there all the time, too many calories!
