I loooooooove food! I am over by like 300 calories on some days, somehow I still lost 63lbs :D and I'm still going! :D This has been a horrible week for me due to TOM *sigh*

breaks for me come every 21 days. thats my cheat day but I get right back on my diet the next day. If you wont make breaks a habit, I see no harm in them ;)

i use Sun Crystals in my coffee, not sure if this is good or bad, I used to use Splenda but it gave me horrible stomach problems
