I'm pretty new to running as well but what does it for me is running out of breath and the legs getting tired, I have to stop for at least a minute after a mile.

turkey sandwich on white bread, with fat free cheese slice, this is for post workout

what type of diet is one on after this type of surgery, sounds like liquids to begin with but in the long run what will your diet look like?

The stretch marks I got from gaining weight were more red, now that I have lost some weight they are more white colored, will they ever go away? probably not *sigh*

haha! my doctor told me to eat 1200 caloried a day! I have not gone below 1500 calories since I started to diet! and have lost 64 lbs!

I want to get down to about 135, which means I need around 60g of fat on days I workout

I do zumba only once a week, I can't say my success comes from just doing zumba, but it's definitely the most fun day out of my week! :D

I started to keep track of my cycle due to having a 3-5lb gain some days out of the month. I definitely have water retention during TOM, I feel it in my legs and breasts mostly

This happens to me a lot with clothes, the other day I saw a nice dress, picked up the XL because in my head there was just no way I would fit into the Large, the XL was too big had to get out of the dressing room and go get the smaller size lol

I wonder if someone with hypothyroidism can speed it up with diet and exercise alone?

It's not good to go over anything! having too much of anything turns to fat, try and balance everything out, read those labels, measure your food, you will get the hang of it soon, good luck!
