I think drinking caffeine is different for everyone, it does nothing to me, my mom and I oddly enough sleep better with caffeine lol

Days I don't workout, yes I am starving, I don't have those extra exercise calories to eat. I have to keep myself very busy, so that I dont think about food! PMS also makes me crave foods all the time, lasts about a week

I've given up way too many foods to list! One big favorite was spanish rice *drool* Has giving up these foods helped me, definitely! I look back now and realize I was eating way too many carbs which were all turning to fat, making me fat!

I get the whole deficit thing now! yay! but that last paragraph I am having a hard time understanding? I still have 32% body fat, my main goal is to get rid of it! you say, "You do not BURN FAT during your workouts, you burn cals" how are you not burning fat during workouts, if fat is also calories?

It's all about what you are taking in, you can eat bad and still not eat enough calories, you may have been putting more calories in while eating healthy. And like most on here say, you can't eat unhealthy forever and expect a good outcome

I just started to run as well, I amazed myself by being able to run a full mile without stopping, i was never even able to do this in high school :D now I need to get more distance in, I do almost 3 miles in 37 minutes but no without walking a bit
