If I am cooking my own meals I weight it all! there are times where I need to guess, like for lunch today, I will have to guess as I am getting foods from a salad bar.

Had I known years ago that I could eat food and still lose weight, I would had never done this sort of diet and tortured myself.

All you mentione about the surgery are things one must do to lose weight anyway! so why even go through the surgery when one needs to change ones ways even with surgery? I am so glad insurance tells one to lose weight before this type of surgery, had I not been told to this, I would have probably gone through with this…

I had the same happen to me, I started to eat less protein, I think I may have been taking in too much! Things seems to be getting better with the less protein

My DL said 180 for the longest time and I was more like 260. When I got the new one I decided to not lie so much and changed it to 200 lol. Now that I have lost some weight its pretty accurate :D but now that I think about it, it was off for some months last year because I got down under 200 but not by much, lowest weight…

Fat2Fit gives you 5 different levels of calories to eat. You can still do the Sedentary calories given and add in your workout calories after.

Mine hasn't :( but I have used firning creams, which may have helped my skin to some extent.

Before MFP I had a notebook I would wrtie all my food in, it worked great for me! Make sure you are eating the right amount of calories for your goal weight, some people on here dont eat enough.

Your body needs a certain amount of carbs, protein and fats, not just fruit

Definitely not easy, especially for a food addict like me. But yes, its not impossible and it can be done. Key is educating yourself and knowing how much food your body needs.

Wow your story sounds almost exactly like mine. I also started fat2fit about 2 weeks ago and see no change in weight, I did take measurements and hope to see some results there.
