When I first started on the elliptical I would get some knee pain as well, but the more I did it, the less knee pain I had. I also found that during PMS i would get more body aches including knee pain. Good luck!

how are these on sodium? I dont eat frozen meals anymore, the meat always taste fake to me

I wear loose clothing because I would surely have a muffin top if my clothes were on too tight

I have pretty had to stop eating, rice, breads and pastas. I eat enough carbs without these already

I have been having cheat days all too often lately :-/ I should only be having them every 21 days. cheat days work best for me, if I have a cheat meal once a week I want to eat bad the whole day. I say if you control yourself to only have a cheat meal once a week, do that, if not try the cheat day every few weeks

Are you eating what you are suppose to and exercing? I haven't been sick since I started this over a year ago and I take no supplements

This can't be safe! and doctors dont always know whats best when it comes to what one should be eating. My doctor forever told me to eat only 1200, Even after losing all the weight, she kept insisting I should lower my calorie intake from what I was eating!

I started to use the elliptical when I first began losing weight, I weighed 258 at the time and it really helped me lose a lot of weight! One thing I made sure was to record my distance and to try and beat it every time. I also started out at 30 minutes and built my way up to 45 minutes.
