  • Today was GREAT! I did 1 hour of cardio, legs and then did my shake for breakfast and lunch. I am ADDICTED to the Pumpkin spice shake. I mix it with the PDM and unsweetened almond milk. YUM!!! :)

  • Just finished working (1269 calories) out and had my cookies and cream with PDM and lactose free milk -- 25 grams of protein, 240 calories. That was great! Now off to do some work and drink water water water!! :)

  • Thanks so much! Wow, we have pretty much done the same things -- I started TurboFire after my pregnancy and I absolutely loved it! Fire 60 is still my favorite program out of the workout set. I have not done Insanity though, my knees would be mad! Tapout is great!
  • ME! :) I love it. I finished my first round the end of last year and now I am on Round 2. After this I will be doing Les Mills Combat. By then I should be ready for my vacation in May! Did you order it yet?
  • LOVE Tapout, I am on my second round. The one thing I have noticed is that my core is really smaller and tighter. Plus I like the MMA style moves that I've learned.

  • results were quick with turbo jam, because I was overweight. I would say within 9 months I lost quickly I kind of hit a plateau. I then tried Turbo Fire, which gave me more definition and pushed me along the way... I became a coach because paying it forward was the best way to help others on their journey.
  • Funny, I started off using Turbo Jam and fell in love with Chalene! Then when TurboFire came out (2010 I believe), I purchased it and started using it from then. I hear TurboFire 2 is coming out soon! I am pretty much addicted to her workouts! I can't do Chalene extreme but I live the cardio kickboxing.

  • I use GU energy gel packs, I can run for 45 minutes to 1 hour with those.
  • Ali, Turbo sculpt is pretty easy, compared to some of the other sculpting videos out there, like The Firm. I think you'd like it, the music is really good in it too! I may do that today too, thanks! LOL!!!:laugh:

  • I like it, it kick started my WL when I was stalled at the same weight for 2 months. The Eat Clean diet book is a great source also. After reading the book I did stop eating meat as frequently as I used to, but the book doesn't really say to do that, it was my choice.
  • Hey Ali! I love the Punch Kick Jam, CP1 and CP3 -- I like Turbo Sculpt too. Today is the elliptical though -- give those knees a break!!! Jackie

  • Aasics are great, especially with those performance insoles (sold separately). I bought a pair at Olympia Sports last week and they are great -- they were 69.99 on sale. it's funny, because I originally went in for Nike Shox and the sales guy said no good!
  • I love this program, but the cardio party is not that good to me. I absolutely love the body sculpting, that is the only video that I do consistently. I mix that along with Turbo Jam and jogging.
