  • I have had a thyroid problem all my life. There are no drug store fixes. You need to get to your MD for blood work. If you really do have a problem with your thyroid you should get on a prescription medication for it. You'll have to take it for the rest of your life, small price to pay to feel better and not put yourself…
  • Oh and make sure you are really sticking your butt out and "sitting" in to your squats. That way you wont just work your quads.
  • Squat everyday!!! In the shower, brushing your teeth. As many as you can through out the day makes it easy. Spread your feet wide apart and go to a 90 degree angle. It's good to make it even harder by pulsing before coming back up when you are at the lowest point. Also lunges are very under rated. Squat and lunge everyday.
  • We have one of those at my gym! I never see anyone use it. Maybe I should try it out today for a fun change up.

  • I'm 5'10" and 245, my goal weight is 170. I've been 170 before and it looked good. I don't think for my build I could go any smaller. For being this tall 150-160 sounds too thin.
