This is slightly off topic but holy cow, you certainly sound like me! I also have a desk job, and workout 4-5 times a week. We weigh about the same and have the same goal of 140 pounds. I am also hypothyroid. Here if you want to talk/exchange advice/etc! Good luck!

Thanks ladies.... My bum is really wide and I hate it. Pear shaped for sure. I have a lot of fat that can be replaced with muscle, I just don't want to gain weight with it either!

You sound like me. I am 22 years old and I was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago. I'm 5"5 and I was always around 140-150 pounds. In no time at all, I was at 190 pounds. I lost a bit of it, but I am still sitting at 169. I would like to lose another 30 pounds. I'm here if you need a friend!

The lane is 200m. I definitely think it's inaccurate. It says that 1609m = 1 mile. I will have to count my laps next time. Thanks for your help!
