I would run only 3x a week but don't increase your distance to "make up" for not running the other 2 days. I would increase calories 100 to 200 calories per day. How much fat are you getting daily? Did your Doctor talk to you about fat affecting hormones?

You have mentioned the seat moving up and down but it also moves closer to the handlebars and farther from the handlebars. It really sounds like you need to move your seat forward so you can reach the handlebars comfortably and you will also be making some space for your belly.

OP having read the whole thread I think your issue, as you know, is body acceptance and expectations of "what you should look like". I didn't see deadlifts on your list. Glute bridges (I assume you mean bodyweight) do nothing for me but weighted hip thrusts are great. There is nothing wrong with bread and you could certainly add it back in to your diet. As you know the best kind is one you enjoy but that being said personally, I do look for a whole grain variety with good fiber content.

Fresh jackfruit has a mild, delicate, sweet taste so I would just eat it raw. P.s. In case people don't know the big jackfruit pieces you see at the grocery store actually yield very little fruit.
