I'm a fan of ice cream snickers bars for 180calories. When I need smaller I will have an individually wrapped piece of dark chocolate. Approx 40-80 calories depending on the flavor.

I drink a lot of water daily 16-12 cups and I drink constantly when running or any workouts including strength. I'm sure you are fine.

If I have drunk too much water right before yoga I feel a bit queasy. Some people say not to eat 1-2 hours before yoga. Some people find certain poses, especially hip flexors to be huge emotional releases. Totally normal.

Are you washing it on a regular basis? I wash mine once a week. Perhaps it's not slipping as much as not reading your heart rate. The salt from sweat coats the sensor and if not removed regularly it can cause problems.

At my gym the spin instructors always start by asking if anyone is new and even if everyone says no they walk around and glance at how they have their bikes set up and make suggestions if necessary. My spin instructors have said that low back pain is usually due to the saddle positioned too far back. Has your spin instructor made sure you are positioned properly?

I'm a fan of moving comfort's maia bra. I think they have a couple of other ones recommended for running and lots of sizes but I like underwire. Look for bras that go higher than normal bras so they control the up and down motion as well as side to side. Aren't bosoms great? :laugh:

If kickboxing interests you consider a martial art. I'm not sure what kind of cost is involved but there is usually a lot of discipline involved so the PTSD and rage issues may not be a problem. Personally I like running inside and spin.

It matters if you plan on eating back exercise calories. Personally I estimate lower for my exercise calories and higher on my food intake to account for any overestimates in the database.

Yup headband or bandanna. Headsweats (my favorite) make some unobtrusive ones in black or white. Buffs are longer and have some funky patterns.

I'm not "supposed" to be running due to a hip injury but I did a trail run 2 weeks ago and it was gorgeous. Like running in a Robert Frost poem. Thanks for the tip about the spikes!
