  • Great job to everyone. My small win for the day: Set a goal yesterday to drink 13 classes (104 ounces of water) and I drank 14 (112 ounces). I also said I wanted to be 200 calories under my daily goal and I am well under!!!!

  • I have the same problem. I get on the scale every morning. Sometimes in the middle of the day and at night too (just to check haha). I just had to realize not to let the numbers discourage me. If its up slightly it could be just water weight. It also makes me workout harder knowing it will go down eventually!
