Doesn't surprise me. I used to work in hospitality and I found the more "famous" the person the tighter they were when it came to tipping. Expecting first class service and not showing appreciation for it. Glad I live in England, we don'tg have wastes of space like the Kardashians and the Hilton's thrown in our faces.

My fitbit syncs ok and up dates on MFP if I look on my tablet. If I look on the phone on the app, it doesn't show up and neither does anything I have logged today. If your using the app rather than interwebnet, I would suggest its a MFP problem and not a fitbit problem

I get 6-8 hours [/quote] I would kill for that amount of sleep every single night. I get that if I am lucky.

^^This. My nan has worn a corset everyday since her early teens. Now she cant get away without it. Trust me she I say, you do not want to go down that route. Do not take any tips from the Kardashians.

As a minion I can honestly tell you that there is nothing wrong with bananas.

^^ This is what I do. Makes preparing dinner less of a rush. I like counting calories but I like eating dinner at the same time as everyone else more.

My moment was when I realised that I would be going wedding dress shopping at some point in the next 12-18 months. I want to lose weight slowly before then and not go choose a dress and crash diet to fit in it.

A life without peanut butter? I feel your pain :'( Could you not have a secret stash somewhere away from the home? Like in the car or at work?

I have had a fitbit for 12 months. I don't have negative adjustments enabled. I eat back all my calories earned and I still lose weight. I find it pretty accurate. Way less than what MFP gives for the same activity and as we know that is exaggerated. Eat back at least some of them, otherwise your deficit will be too big.…

theclassiccat has decided to be productive in her time of crisis, rather than sit on the sofa feeling sorry for herself and eating Ben and Jerrys. Snaps for theclassiccat <3

Realistically you need to aim for a weekly weight loss that allows you to eat 1200 or more. Aiming for 1-1.5lb is a realistic number.

She is learning what is realistic by asking questions.

Thanks for the inspiration :)

I weigh myself on a Wednesday morning and a Saturday Morning. But I don't obsess too much, if I have to miss a weigh in then it doesn't bother me.

I don't log it. I see it as a bonus. IMO as soon as I start viewing it as a logable exercise, there is a problem.

Funny thing is... My thoughts were along the same lines.

I would listen to this advise if I was you. They both know what they are talking about. I am a 5 foot 5 30 yo female and I eat more calories than you do.

If you like a band that does steps, get a flex. Love mine.

Same here. Last year I lost 32lb. I have put 33 back on.

I would say its for the whole serving. I wouldn't worry too much to be honest, enjoying your day with your dad is the main thing. In the future, you won't be able to (my dad lives in France so I wont get to spend the day with him).

My other half is not overweight, he does a very manual job and he eats ANYTHING he wants and does not put on weight. From day one I told him that I would not stop him eating what he wants, I don't think it is fair. If he doesn't want to change the way he eats, it doesn't mean that you can't. Adapt your meals to be…

I love peanut butter. My other half hates it so I get to eat it all myself.
-
Thankyou. I will trial and error it. I didn't want to make it too thick and oaty :)

If I was going to use oats, how much do you suggest I use?

Sorry for not responding, I have been asleep. You said you were happy with yourself but not with your personal life. I think this is where I got confused. I was merely suggesting that if you are happy with your body and with who you are why change it just so other people will like you? The people you need in your life are…

If you are happy with yourself and not with your personal life, that is what you need to change. Losing weight will not make you happier with your personal life. Not being in a relationship is not a crime, I didn't meet my otherhalf until I was 26. My advise to you is if the reason you are unhappy is that you are lonely (I…
